Clipbook, a rapidly growing UK tech company, is seeking a software engineer to join a small but mighty team building scalable backend systems and APIs used by 200+ customers. You’ll own features end-to-end, from design to deployment, collaborating with engineers from Meta, Stripe, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and scaling production systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Depth in one or more areas: Data Eng, Distributed Systems, AI/ML, Backend.

Responsibilities

• Architect & build core systems across our stack.
• Integrate AI into real-world workflows (RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompts).
• Design scalable systems anticipating growth (10x).
• Develop performant APIs and internal services for end-to-end product delivery.
