BibliU is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead and grow its UK-based engineering function. The role focuses on team leadership, engineering standards, governance, security, and delivering against the product roadmap.

You will work with a ~15‑engineer team (TypeScript on AWS) and scale the platform from current revenue toward the next growth phase, while aligning product and engineering under a single leader.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience at VP/Director/CTO level.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale web/mobile apps.
• Expertise in TypeScript across frontend/backend and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the engineering function, setting strategy and people goals.
• Define architecture direction and technical governance for scale-up.
• Oversee security posture, delivery against the roadmap, and release governance.
