Job summary

Investa is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the founding engineering team in London, driving end-to-end delivery and architecture for a FCA-regulated trading platform. You will own features end-to-end, from design through deployment, shaping culture and processes in a lean, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in software engineering, building production-grade distributed systems.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript, Java or Go and experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Comfort working in a founding team with high autonomy and direct impact on product.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain robust, scalable services as part of the founding engineering team.
• Shape engineering culture, collaboration, and a friendly, agile environment as we grow.
• Write high-quality, secure code for FCA-regulated platforms and ship features end-to-end.
• Drive system design and architectural decisions with senior leadership to scale our platform.
• Provide production support, triage incidents, and improve system reliability.
