Job summary

Capstone Investment Advisors in London seeks a seasoned software engineer to build production-grade systems for trading and risk analytics. You’ll partner with treasury, accounting and middle office teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will work on end-to-end development across investment strategies, focusing on performance and reliability, with opportunities to shape technology for a hedge fund environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Production-grade Python and Java/C# experience.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• 4+ years in the financial industry (buy side preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create software that empowers decision making across investment strategies.
• Design, build and maintain scalable, reliable software solutions for core teams.
• Own end-to-end development by collaborating with stakeholders and delivering thoroughly tested solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers across the firm to tackle complex technical challenges.
