Solid Recruitment is helping a growing international technology client open a new office in Chichester. They seek a Sales Account Executive to identify and engage targeted businesses, introduce services, and create high-quality sales opportunities.

You will use calls, LinkedIn Navigator, and personalised video outreach to connect with senior decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and maintain CRM records. Mentorship comes from the Associate Managing Director and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Confident outbound caller with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Willingness to learn and improve in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach well-qualified prospective clients.
• Conduct consultative outbound calls with senior decision-makers.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research target businesses.
• Follow a proven outreach framework to qualify prospective clients.
• Create and send personalised video messages to prospects.
• Build strong relationships and understand client challenges.
• Qualify opportunities, manage leads in the sales pipeline, and maintain CRM records.
• Work with colleagues to meet activity and sales targets.
