United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a first-engineer to work directly with the CEO, owning features end-to-end, and helping shape the platform used by hundreds of pharmacies. You will write in TypeScript/React across the full stack on Azure, with a bias toward delivery speed and high quality in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will help build the data layer for community healthcare, integrate with NHS workflows, and define architectural patterns for fast, safe product development.

Qualifications

• Experience building user interfaces with TypeScript and React in fast-moving teams.
• Comfort with deploying and running production systems on Azure.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end features from problem refinement to rollout and outcomes.
• Set patterns for speed, quality, tooling, and automation in a growing codebase.
• Build safe, compliant software for clinical contexts under NHS standards.
