Job summary

Pharmlogic in the United Kingdom seeks the first engineering hire to directly influence product decisions with the CEO and founding team. The stack is TypeScript/React on the frontend and Node on the backend, deployed on Azure with infrastructure as code, using AI tools to move fast while maintaining quality.

You will own features end to end and help shape the platform as it scales, delivering safe, compliant software for NHS-driven workflows in a small, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Strong across the stack in TypeScript and React
• Experience with production systems on Azure or equivalent cloud
• Regulated domain experience is a real advantage

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from problem refinement to rollout
• Set patterns to stay fast as codebase and team grow
• Ensure safety and compliance in clinical contexts
• Contribute to platform roadmap and data layers
• Engage with pharmacies to understand real user needs
