Job summary

Dex is seeking a founding product engineer to work on the on-device browser agent, browser extension, and web dashboard. You will own problems from customer conversations to shipped fixes within days, improving the core automation engine and building a workflow builder for non-technical users.

You will engage directly with customers, own features end-to-end, and help define a new product category with high ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 1+ years building client software with end-to-end ownership.
• A product-first mindset with strong UX focus.
• Comfort working directly with customers end-to-end.
• Willingness to own high-ownership role and create a new category.
• Experience with TS, Electron, or browser automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine the core browser agent running inside enterprise SaaS and other apps.
• Design and implement the workflow builder for non-technical users.
• Strengthen end-to-end encrypted infrastructure protecting customer data.
• Drive features from customer feedback to production within days.
• Improve the local environment and reliability of agents performing mission-critical tasks.
