Dex is seeking a Founding Engineer in London, offering £100k–£200k base with meaningful equity. You will be one of the first engineers, owning domains from architecture to ship and helping set the engineering culture alongside the founders. The pace is fast and the upside is significant.

You could work on building the product from the ground up, owning architecture through to ship, and wearing multiple hats as needs shift in this early-stage environment.

Formación

• Strong generalist engineering and a builder's instinct.
• Comfort with ambiguity and an early-stage pace.
• The appetite for the whole problem, not a slice of it.
• Prior founding or early-startup experience — a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Build the product from the ground up with the founders.
• Own entire domains end-to-end, architecture through to ship.
• Set the engineering culture and standards from day one.
• Wear whatever hat the week requires, and shape what gets built.
