Job summary

Immunara, an AI biology lab, is seeking a Founding Operator to work directly with the founders on strategic and operational matters. You will map the global biobank landscape, identify decision-makers, and drive outreach while shaping GTM strategy, customer materials, and partnerships.

You will switch between strategy and execution, helping to close deals, represent Immunara at events, and fix bottlenecks as we grow. This role blends science with business and requires ownership and fast action.

Qualifications

• Background in biology, medicine, bioengineering or related field.
• Ability to engage with scientific ideas and communicate credibly with technical people.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (startups, MBB, or high-growth firms).
• Demonstrates high standards and low ego; willingness to take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with biobanks, hospitals and research institutions.
• Map markets, identify customers, and develop a GTM strategy.
• Create customer decks, proposals and briefs that translate science into business value.
• Represent Immunara at conferences and industry events; build relationships and drive next steps.
• Help source and hire exceptional people; move hiring processes forward.
• Improve operations by implementing scalable processes.
