We’re looking for Founding Engineers to help us build Jack & Jill into the default way people find jobs!

We’re looking for people who want to move fast. We’re determined to become the default way people find jobs and we won’t get there by moving slowly. That means the hours may be long and we’ll have to make smart trade-offs, but we’ll change the world whilst doing it!

We need to be excellent individually, but a small team of exceptional people is so more than the sum of its parts. We’re going to be spending a lot of time together and we have no space on the team for brilliant jerks.

(We’re working in-person at the Shoreditch Exchange and are hosting some other hackers and founders in our office so you’ll be surrounded by builders!)
