Job summary

Seamflow in London is seeking its first GTM hire to work directly with the CEO and build the go-to-market engine from the ground up.

You will turn ambiguity into structure, shaping commercial strategy, and translate customer insights into product improvements with product and engineering teams.

This is a founding role with ownership over inbound, outbound, partnerships, events, and large enterprise deployments as Seamflow scales.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of enterprise sales or GTM experience.
• Experience in early-stage startups or scaling products/markets.
• Experience engaging with enterprise stakeholders and complex organizations.
• Strong ownership and ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured execution.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Build Seamflow's enterprise GTM engine from zero to repeatable across inbound, outbound, partnerships, industry events, and product launches.
• Turn ambiguity into structure, shaping both our commercial strategy and how the product evolves with customers.
• Convert complex enterprise discovery into a repeatable sales motion for large certification and inspection organizations.
• Work closely with product and engineering to translate customer insights into product improvements that drive growth.
• Design and track growth metrics that inform strategy and guide company decisions.
• Operate as a true founding team member, helping define how a category-defining company scales commercially.
