Job summary

Solis Recruitment Ltd, a fast-growing AI startup, seeks a founding marketer to join the commercial team in London. You will work directly with the founders to drive demand, content creation, campaigns, and customer acquisition, with potential for a manager role as the team scales.

In this hands-on, founder-led environment, you’ll build scalable marketing programs, test new channels, and develop reporting frameworks while collaborating closely with sales to generate pipeline and awareness.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in B2B SaaS, AI or technology marketing.
• Startup or scale-up experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• Experience supporting demand generation initiatives.
• Commercially aware with strong analytical skills.
• Highly proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Excited by building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the marketing strategy.
• Create campaigns across email, content, social and SEO.
• Help generate pipeline and customer demand.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify improvements.
• Conduct customer and competitor research.
• Support website and content optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with founders and sales teams.
• Test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
• Build reporting and campaign measurement frameworks.
