Job summary

Elyos AI is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to own lifecycle, performance, SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, and website conversion. You’ll design the analytics foundation, run experiments, read data, and ship improvements directly.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting to the Founder to shape marketing strategy as Elyos scales in the market. You’ll work closely with the Founder to design the marketing team and strategy from scratch, executing content, events, and acquisition plans while

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance marketing or related sales roles.
• Experience building growth infrastructure from scratch is a plus.
• Bias towards action in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute content strategy across social, website, and events.
• Run performance marketing across paid search, paid social, and other channels.
• Own SEO and AEO, website messaging, experiments, and funnel optimization.
• Build and maintain analytics stack: attribution dashboards and cohort analysis.
