Aureum is building a platform to democratize satellite intelligence. You will own the intelligence core, from data ingestion to the analytical engine, applying computer vision and ML to derive real-world signals from imagery.

Qualifications

• Strong production Python and PyTorch with real ML systems shipped
• Applied computer vision depth: models for detection, segmentation or change analysis
• Experience fine-tuning pretrained models and evaluating them honestly
• Ability to build data pipelines end to end: APIs, storage, orchestration
• Evidence of diving into unfamiliar domains and solving problems creatively

Responsibilities

• Own the data ingestion pipeline from free and commercial satellite sources
• Own the analytical engine: apply computer vision and ML to extract signals from imagery
• Own how the platform learns: storage, reuse and calibration of results
• This is a founding role with high ownership and direct influence on product and technical direction
