Job summary

Primis is hiring a Founding Business Development Representative in London for a strategic, account-based outbound role with Tier 1 and Tier 2 targets across fintech, financial services, travel and aviation. You will work closely with Directors to build messaging, qualification criteria, and the outbound playbook from the ground up.

The role offers a hybrid 2–3 days a week in the London office with ownership of a compact, strategic patch and the chance to shape the commercial org as it scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BDR/SDR, preferably with enterprise or strategic account experience.
• Experience prospecting into fintech, financial services, travel, aviation or connectivity/telecom buyers.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments with ownership.
• Able to navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline creation for a focused list of strategic accounts.
• Build relationships with senior buyers across fintech, financial services, travel and aviation.
• Collaborate with Directors on account mapping, messaging and qualification.
• Research accounts to drive account-based, non-generic outbound approaches.
• Help shape the outbound playbook as a founding member of the commercial team.
