Job summary

Fundflow Limited is seeking a Founding Engineer to join in Central London. You will be the first dedicated engineer, collaborating with founders to build the platform bankers rely on, and actively shape the engineering culture and standards from day one.

You will own end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend, and data, and apply AI to real deal workflows while measuring impact on deal speed and quality. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building production software used by real users.
• Proficient in TypeScript and modern frontend/backend tooling.
• Experience integrating AI/LLMs into applications.
• Comfort in ambiguous startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Build across the full stack with live deal data.
• Work closely with bankers to ship features end-to-end.
• Own product direction from idea to production release.
• Define engineering standards and tooling from scratch.
