Job Description

We’re looking for an exceptional dealmaker who wants to build, not just advise.

As an Investment Banker at Fundflow, you will focus on sourcing, structuring, and executing private-credit transactions for Europe’s most ambitious startups and scale-ups. You’ll leverage our AI platform to streamline executions, and collaborate with the founders to continually improve how deals get done.

With strong deal flow, a tested tech stack, and a growing client base, we’re now scaling our team by hiring new bankers. Come build the future of investment banking with us!

What You Will Do

• Drive deals from pitch to close. Use your commercial instinct to win mandates, balance the interests of founders and lenders, and push every transaction to completion.
• Source new opportunities. Build and execute strategies to capture deal flow from new markets and partners, working closely with the founders to refine origination tactics.
• Own relationships. Develop lasting trust with founders and lenders, creating the foundation for repeat transactions and long-term partnerships.

What we are looking for

• Credit Experience: 2-4 years in investment banking, debt advisory, or private credit. You’ve executed complex financings and know how to get deals over the line.
• Analytical Judgment: Deep grasp of credit analysis, structuring, and investor dynamics, with the ability to turn complex capital needs into clear, actionable solutions.
• Relationship Builder: Confident communicator who builds trust fast with founders and lenders, balancing empathy with commercial edge.
• Commercial Drive: Own your mandates and pipeline - you think in terms of revenue, outcomes, and potential repeat business.
