Job summary

Fundflow is redefining investment banking by combining deal experience with an AI-first execution platform. As an Investment Banker focused on private-credit transactions across Europe’s startups and scale-ups, you will own mandates end-to-end, leverage our AI tools, and collaborate closely with founders to deliver smarter, faster deal outcomes.

With strong deal flow and a growing client base, you will help scale the team and the platform while building lasting relationships with key founders

Qualifications

• Credit Experience: 5-8 years in investment banking, debt advisory, or private credit, led complex financings end-to-end as senior banker on the deal.
• Analytical Judgment: Deep grasp of credit analysis, structuring, and investor dynamics.
• Relationship Builder: Confident communicator who builds trust quickly with founders and lenders.
• Commercial Drive: Own mandates and pipeline focusing on revenue and outcomes.

Job Description

We're looking for an exceptional dealmaker who wants to build, not just advise.

As an Investment Banker at Fundflow, you will focus on sourcing, structuring, and executing private-credit transactions for Europe's most ambitious startups and scale-ups. You will own your mandates end-to-end and be the advisor our clients count on. You'll leverage our AI platform to streamline executions, and collaborate with the founders to continually improve how deals get done.

What You Will Do

• Drive deals from pitch to close. Use your commercial instinct to win mandates, balance the interests of founders and lenders, and push every transaction to completion.
• Source new opportunities. Build and execute strategies to capture deal flow from new markets and partners, working closely with the founders to refine origination tactics.
• Own relationships. Develop lasting trust with founders and lenders, creating the foundation for repeat transactions and long-term partnerships.
• Lead the deal team. Work alongside our Associates, split the work well, and give the direct feedback that makes them better.
• Shape the future of banking. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows; collaborate with the founders and tech functions to improve our AI-driven platform.
