Job summary

Fundflow is building the first AI-native investment bank for the innovation economy. As Founding Engineer, you will be the first dedicated engineering hire, sitting with the founders to design and ship the platform that supports live deal execution.

You’ll own the engineering function, building across frontend, backend and data, integrating AI-powered workflows, and shaping tooling and culture from day one. If you want to automate a trillion-dollar industry with bankers by your side, join us.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and shipping production software.
• Generalist across the stack and able to tackle the next important problem.
• Ambitious and capable of acting as your own product manager in ambiguity.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs; finance experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build side by side with bankers on live transactions and deploy fixes quickly.
• Develop across frontend, backend, and data as a single product.
• Design AI-powered workflows where models automate grunt work while bankers add judgement.
• Define tooling, standards, and culture for the engineering function from the ground up.
