I’m partnered with an early-stage construction tech start-up looking to hire a Founding Engineer to help build and scale their AI SaaS platform.

Working directly with the founders, you’ll take ownership of technical decisions, shape the product roadmap and build AI tools that solve practical challenges across the construction industry. This will suit someone who enjoys turning early ideas into products and shipping quickly in a start-up environment.

We’re keen to speak with engineers who have:

• Strong Python skills and experience building and shipping production platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI and agentic systems, including integrating these into usable products.
• Experience owning development from architecture and prototyping through to deployment and ongoing improvement.
• Ideally co-founded a business, worked as a founding engineer or been part of an early founding team.
• A practical, commercially minded approach and the confidence to work closely with customers to understand what needs building.

You’ll have significant influence over the technology, product and engineering culture as the business grows.
