You will own significant ownership over the product and technical direction, work across Full-Stack Engineering and Applied AI, and turn cutting-edge AI capabilities into production-ready software.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional Software Engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic AI or AI-powered applications

Founding Product Engineer (AI) | Early-Stage AI Start-Up | London

Founding Product Engineer required to join a well backed, early-stage AI start-up building next-generation AI products powered by LLMs, AI Agents and Agentic AI. This is an opportunity to join a high-calibre founding team at an exciting stage, taking significant ownership over the product and technical direction. You'll work across Full-Stack Engineering and Applied AI, building intelligent products from the ground up and turning cutting-edge AI capabilities into production-ready software.

You are:

1–5 years of professional Software Engineering experience A strong Full-Stack Engineer with excellent software engineering fundamentals Language agnostic, comfortable picking up new technologies and working across the stack Hands-on experience building with LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic AI or AI-powered applications Experienced taking products from idea through development and into production Product-minded, highly autonomous and excited by the pace and ownership of an early-stage start-up

Bonus points:

Previous early-stage start-up or founding engineering experience Experience building and shipping AI-native products
