Qualifications

• Proficient in Python with hands-on production experience.
• Experience with large language models, generative AI and agentic systems.
• Experience owning development from architecture to deployment.
• Ideally co-founded a business or been part of an early founding team.
• Commercially minded with ability to work closely with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own technical decisions and architectural direction for the platform.
• Shape the product roadmap in collaboration with founders.
• Build AI tools that solve practical challenges across construction tech.
• Ship MVPs quickly in a startup environment.
• Influence technology, product, and engineering culture as the company grows.
