W Talent in London is hiring a Founding Engineer to join an ambitious AI startup building AI-native companies. Hybrid/On-site in London, you will join the founding team and shape core technology. You will work on deploying AI agents, integrating with ERP and warehouse systems, and building production-grade data pipelines.

You will own critical decisions and work closely with product and operations to solve real business problems. Equity is offered in addition to a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying AI agents in production.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and API integrations.
• Comfort in fast-moving startups and ownership.

I'm working on a pretty unique opportunity for a Founding Engineer at an ambitious AI business in London.

The business is building AI-native companies to compete with established players in traditional industries.

They've already achieved significant traction and are now looking for someone who can help build the systems to take things to the next level.

This is not your typical software engineering role. You'll be working on real business problems, using AI and software to automate processes that are still heavily reliant on people and outdated systems.

They're looking for someone with experience in:

• Building and deploying AI agents in production, beyond proof of concepts.
• Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and event-driven systems.
• Integrating with ERPs, warehouse systems, APIs and other operational tools.
• Automating real workflows across orders, inventory, purchasing and fulfilment.
• Taking ownership, making decisions and getting things built in an environment where there isn't always a clear playbook.

You'll be joining the founding team, working directly on the technology and having a genuine say in how the business develops.
