MBN Solutions is partnering with an early stage AI company helping commercial insurance brokers replace time consuming manual processes with practical AI tools. The deployment lead will own customer deployments from discovery through live use, working directly with founders and end users in London.

You will translate business needs into engineering priorities, demonstrate value with Claude-based workflows, and shape the deployment function as the team scales in the UK startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment at a rapidly growing technology company with evidence of strong client delivery.
• Track record of implementing software and getting adoption within large organisations.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders who may be sceptical about a new product.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude to create useful workflows or demonstrations.

Responsabilités

MBN Solutions is partnering with an early stage AI company helping commercial insurance brokers replace time consuming manual processes with practical AI tools. The business already works with major global brokerages and is growing its founding deployment team.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of how customers adopt a product. You will work directly with the founders, spend time with the people using the software and turn complex workflows into successful deployments. As the company grows, you will help shape the team and the way it delivers.

What you will do

• Own customer deployments from discovery and workflow mapping through pilot, user acceptance testing and live use.
• Spend time at broker offices, understand how teams work and build trust with users, senior sponsors and compliance stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear priorities for engineers and configure AI agents around customer workflows.
• Use tools such as Claude to build and demonstrate practical solutions, working closely with engineering on deeper technical requirements.
• Keep projects moving, communicate progress and resolve barriers to adoption.
• Demonstrate the value of each pilot and help expand successful deployments across the customer organisation.
• Turn lessons from early projects into repeatable delivery practices and help build the deployment function.

Experience that matters

• Experience in deployment or implementation at a rapidly growing technology company, management consulting or investment banking, with evidence of strong client delivery and structured problem solving.
• A track record of taking responsibility for implementation and getting software adopted within a large organisation.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and people who may initially be sceptical about a new product.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude to create useful workflows or demonstrations.
• The ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems, make decisions and follow through without a detailed playbook.
• A strong academic background with a bachelor's degree from a leading university.

The team is particularly interested in people who have delivered in an early stage startup, including building a deployment approach from scratch. A science, engineering or mathematics degree is useful. Insurance experience can help, but it is not essential.

The role is typically suited to someone with around two to six years of relevant experience. Your contribution, judgement and ability to grow matter more than a job title. Professional software engineering experience is not required, but you should be comfortable building with AI tools and working closely with engineers.

Location and package

• £70,000–£150,000 annual base salary, depending on experience and scope, plus equity.
• Five days a week working in person, based in London with regular travel to broker offices across the UK.
• This is an intensive startup environment. The team describes long working days and some evening or weekend work around delivery commitments.
