Are you ambitious, competitive, and looking for a career where your hard work directly impacts your progression and earnings?
Have you worked towards targets before and enjoyed the challenge of achieving goals?
Want to break into SaaS sales with an award-winning AI business that's growing rapidly and investing heavily in its future?
We're working with a high-growth technology company based in Leeds that is transforming how businesses use AI to drive commercial success. Their platform helps clients achieve an average 8:1 return on investment, they've recently received industry recognition for their innovative use of AI, and generated over £3.5 million in revenue last year alone.
Backed by private equity and with ambitious growth plans for the coming years, they're looking to invest in the next generation of sales talent.
The Role As a Business Development Representative, you'll sit at the front end of the sales process, responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships with decision-makers, and generating new business opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in SaaS sales. You'll receive hands‑on training, work closely with experienced commercial leaders, and gain exposure to every stage of the sales cycle.
Whilst this role focuses on new business generation, there is a clear progression path in place. The long-term goal is to develop you into a closing salesperson, with opportunities to take ownership of deals as you progress through the business.
Previous SaaS sales experience isn't essential.
What is important is that you've demonstrated success in an environment where you've worked towards targets, KPIs, goals or performance metrics.
This role is ideal for someone who has already shown they can perform against targets and is now looking for an opportunity where that drive can be channelled into a successful career in SaaS sales. With structured development, genuine progression opportunities and a market-leading product, it's an excellent platform for someone looking to accelerate your career.
