Job summary

BLP Digital is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to build AI-powered internal tools that accelerate hiring, finance and ops workflows. You will work at the frontier of LLMs, AI agents, and tooling, applying them inside our own company to deliver impact fast.

You’ll ship deployable solutions in days to weeks, own end-to-end deployments, and directly access the latest AI technology to shape our internal tooling landscape from ground up.

Qualifications

• CS degree, bootcamp, or self-taught with shipped projects.
• Experience with modern AI tooling and workflow automation.
• Startup or entrepreneurial DNA.
• Ability to move fast and collaborate with non-technical teams.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Bonus: learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered internal tools quickly.
• Evaluate, integrate, and chain the latest AI models and frameworks into production-ready solutions.
• Document tools to create company-wide leverage.
• Write clean, scalable code that integrates with APIs and databases.
• Own deployments end-to-end with monitoring and reliability.
