Job summary

Clubb is seeking the founding software engineer to partner with the founders and build agentic AI features for a growing creator platform in London. You will own end-to-end product areas—from rapid prototyping to production for hundreds of thousands of users.

This high-autonomy role requires shipping complex features independently, with hands-on work on Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, and AWS, plus guiding AI strategy and tooling in a fast-paced, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience at product-driven companies.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and deploying AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with modern AI coding tools and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features using Next.js, Node.js, Postgres and AWS.
• Architect agentic AI capabilities to automate workflows for creators.
• Collaborate with founders to translate user needs into production solutions.
