The role requires strong technical expertise and product ownership skills, focusing on delivering value to members and shaping solutions. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience building software and expertise in ML or AI features. This hybrid role allows for flexibility, with core work based in-person in London, along with generous employee perks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building production software.
• Proven experience shipping ML- or AI-powered features used by real customers, ideally at scale.
• Strong understanding of how ML systems behave in production.

Responsabilités

• Own product features end-to-end, from problem definition to production and iteration.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship reliable implementations.
