Job summary

Venmark is recruiting a technical lead to embed with acquired businesses and build an AI-native TICC platform that transforms daily operations. You will identify tedious, manual processes, ship production-ready software within weeks, and improve efficiency and revenue across diverse domains.

You will travel 2–3 days a week in the UK, collaborate closely with the CTO, and shape platform architecture while growing the engineering team as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Strong engineer with comfort across tech stacks and a track record of shipping real systems.
• Clear communicator with a product mindset and pragmatism in trade-offs.
• Startup mindset: able to move fast, own problems end-to-end, and handle ambiguity.
• Willing to travel 2–3 days a week to work with UK-based partner companies.

Responsibilities

• On the ground: 2–3 days weekly on-site with acquired companies during transformation phases, acting as technical partner to identify and fix manual processes.
• From problem to production: scope opportunities, ship working software within weeks, driving margin and growth.
• AI-powered automation across document generation, scheduling, customer communications, and legacy workflows; integration with sensors, hardware, and agents that reason over data.
• Provide platform leadership, shaping architecture and contributing to building the engineering team as Venmark scales.
