Job summary

Xcede is recruiting on behalf of a global SaaS business and seeks a founding engineer for an Agentic Workforce team. You will build production-grade AI agents, orchestrate LLMs and tools, and help shape governance and guardrails across the organisation.

The role requires hands-on agent architecture, strong communication with non-technical stakeholders, and collaboration across multiple teams. Hybrid or remote-first with travel.

Qualifications

• Strong Python/backend/API development skills with production experience.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based solutions and agentic systems.
• Experience designing agents that reason, plan and use tools with memory.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy production-grade AI agents for automated workflows.
• Define governance, evaluation and guardrail standards for safe adoption.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
