Your Mission

You won’t just be selling — you’ll be building. As our first AE hire, you’ll take a leading role in shaping the future of A-Leads’ revenue engine.

This role is perfect for someone who's hungry, self-sufficient, and tired of slow-moving teams. You love to close, but also love to create systems, refine playbooks, and move needles without needing a babysitter.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle — prospect, pitch, close, repeat
  • Hit quota? Sure. But more importantly, help shape the quota
  • Work directly with leadership and influence pricing, product, and strategy
  • Build repeatable systems — from cold call scripts to CRM flows
  • Be a true operator, not just a closer
