Job summary

Findrs is seeking a highly capable Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founders and help build the next stage of the business. This hands-on role requires taking ambiguous problems and delivering results without waiting for instructions.

You’ll work across founder support, operations, AI automation, finance, recruitment and commercial activities, with opportunities to shape the company as it scales. Early exposure to technology leadership awaits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in a startup/scaleup or fast-moving environment.
• Intelligence, judgement, curiosity, and unusually high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support founders with strategic projects and ownership of important initiatives.
• Improve business operations and introduce better processes.
• Leverage AI to automate repetitive work and build lightweight systems.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding and internal communications as the team grows.
• Research markets, customers and potential partners to support early commercialisation.
