Job summary

Adamo in London is seeking a Founders Associate to handle non-engineering work directly with the CEO. You’ll negotiate pilot agreements with enterprise customers, set up an operator facility, and manage audits and governance initiatives.

With 1–3 years’ experience in consulting, banking, PE, or a strong startup, you’ll need structured thinking and follow-through; robotics background isn’t required but curiosity helps. This is an in-person role at our Southwark office, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• You're 1 to 3 years into your career, did very well academically, and have spent that time somewhere demanding: consulting, banking, PE or a strong startup.
• You think in a structured way and you finish what you start.
• A robotics background isn't needed, but you should be curious about it.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating a pilot agreement with an enterprise customer.
• Setting up an operator facility in North Africa.
• Getting through an ISO 27001 audit.
• Putting share options in place across our UK and US entities.
• Managing our lawyers, accountants and insurers.
