Job summary

GetGround Group seeks a Founder Associate to support the CEO and COO by solving high-priority, growth-driving problems. You will own end-to-end workstreams, from market-entry modelling to diagnosing funnel leaks and drafting board papers.

This role demands an analytical mindset, exceptional communication, and the ability to translate strategy into action within a fast-paced startup. You’ll operate with autonomy, influence without formal authority, and contribute to the company’s next growth

Qualifications

• Own the CEO/COO’s highest-priority problems end to end.
• Do the analysis yourself and build models; stress-test conclusions.
• Turn strategy into ships; ship initiatives and create impact.
• Prepare the CEO/COO for boardrooms and investor conversations.
• Spot overlooked problems and bring them to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority problems end to end for the CEO/COO, usually two to three at a time.
• Conduct analyses, build models, and validate conclusions independently.
• Turn strategic ideas into executing initiatives with measurable impact.
• Prepare leadership for key meetings and external discussions.
• Identify and surface issues previously unseen to guide decisions.
