Job summary

Installio is hiring a Technical Founder's Associate in London. You will bridge product and operations, building internal tools, AI workflows, and prototypes to accelerate the company’s growth. This high‑exposure role collaborates with founders and the CTO to shape the product roadmap and scale the business.

The role requires hands-on AI and data experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a comfort with ambiguity. Hybrid work with three days in our central London HQ is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with AI and data.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• 1–3 years' experience in product, engineering, startups, or similar

Responsibilities

• Bridge between product and ops, translating needs into shipped tooling.
• Spin up internal tools, scripts, and prototypes to solve business problems quickly.
• Use AI to improve company productivity (automation, agents, data).
• Own and drive cross-functional technical projects end-to-end.
• Translate partner and operational requirements into clear product briefs.
• Represent Installio in technical conversations with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
