We are seeking exceptional candidates (London or Singapore-based) to join the founding team of a new foundation focused on promoting patient-centric research and care. This will be a high impact role with potential to shape the future of precision medicine and healthcare outcomes. As a core team member, you will collaborate directly with distinguished business leaders, senior medical professionals and other key stakeholders. About the foundation

The foundation’s primary mission is to promote patient-centric research and healthcare. Every individual is different and each person’s unique biomedical attributes significantly impact treatment efficacy. We believe research that allows treatment to be tailored specifically to each individual can significantly improve patient outcomes.
The foundation’s secondary mission is to promote under-represented population (such as Asian) in biomedical research. We believe Asian patient outcomes can be significantly improved with more Asian-specific biomedical research.

As a core team member, you will:

Build partnerships with research, healthcare and community organizations
Help establish the foundation’s operational framework and drive foundation’s growth
Manage, evaluate and develop initiatives that are aligned with foundation missions

Key responsibilities include:

Assist with management of funded projects, including monitoring project status and impact, writing reports, driving projects forward and ensuring objectives are met
Support relationship management with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, researchers, community leaders and donors
Help manage service vendors, including legal, accounting, administrative teams; other day-to-day foundation operations

Qualifications

Earnest, driven, trustworthy and willing to learn
Strong critical thinking ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred: prior experience in healthcare; background in life sciences, biomedical research or related field
