Job summary

National Fostering Group is seeking a dedicated social worker to help vulnerable children find safe, supportive foster homes. You will supervise and advise foster carers, visit homes, and coordinate with clinical teams to deliver tailored support.

With lower caseloads and a strong focus on outcomes, you will build nurturing relationships, carry out Form F Assessments, and ensure safeguarding standards are met. A BA or MA in social work and registration are required, with a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• BA or MA in social work required and registration with the appropriate body.
• Experience with vulnerable children and trauma and attachment history preferred.
• Strong communication and safeguarding skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and advise foster carers and visit homes.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to provide therapy and support.
• Carry out Form F Assessments and ensure safeguarding standards.
• Maintain low caseloads to deliver bespoke, person-centered care.
