Wiltshire Council is recruiting two Recruitment Support Workers for the Fostering Hub in Trowbridge. One full-time and one part-time, temporary until 31 March 2027, with a hybrid working model. Interviews on 13 and 17 November 2026.

The role involves being the first contact for potential foster carers, sharing information, and carrying out initial suitability assessments in a safeguarding-focused environment. NVQ4 or equivalent is required.

Competenze

• Candidates to be educated to at least NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of policies and procedures regarding children in care.
• Prioritise safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
