Wiltshire Council is seeking two Recruitment Support Workers for the Fostering Hub Recruitment Support, including one full-time and one part-time role. The team aims to boost foster carer recruitment and retention, improving placement stability for vulnerable children.

Candidates should have at least NVQ Level 4 or equivalent, a strong understanding of safeguarding, and be well-organised and resilient under pressure. Hybrid working is available.

Competenze

• Must be educated to at least NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience.
• Understand relevant policies/procedures regarding children in care and safeguarding.
• Be well-organised, adaptable under pressure and an excellent communicator.

Mansioni

• Support the recruitment front door and recruitment and retention hub.
• Help increase the number of foster carers and improve placement stability.
• Contribute to better outcomes for vulnerable children and young people in the southwest.
