Job summary

Dex partners with a rapidly scaling AI company to fix healthcare’s administrative backbone. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of AI workflows, translating non-technical needs into deployable solutions and working onsite with healthcare admins.

Based in London, you’ll collaborate with customers, ship high-quality features, and push improvements back into the core product in a flat, fast-moving environment. This forward-deployed role offers high ownership and direct impact from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn ambiguous inputs into working software solutions.
• Experience with full-stack development and delivering user-focused products.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, FastAPI, TS/React, and Postgres.

The role

Healthcare is broken. Specifically, its administrative backbone. This company is fixing it, building AI co-workers that slot into existing hospital teams and tools. They've deployed to over 40 hospitals in 18 months, backed by a team from Palantir, Google DeepMind, and Apple.

You’ll own the full lifecycle of these AI workflows, from ambiguous problem statements to deployed solutions. This isn't a pure coding role; you’ll be onsite with healthcare administrators, translating their non‑technical needs into product, and bringing those insights back to the core engineering team. Expect high ownership, direct impact, and a flat structure where your input shapes the product from day one.

The work

What You Bring

• Experience across Python (FastAPI), TypeScript + React, and Postgres.
• A bias for action: you fix what's broken, you don't wait for a ticket.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week in person, either in London or onsite with customers.
