Job summary

Dex partners with a rapidly scaling AI company to fix healthcare’s administrative backbone. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of AI workflows, translating non-technical needs into deployable solutions and working onsite with healthcare admins.

Based in London, you’ll collaborate with customers, ship high-quality features, and push improvements back into the core product in a flat, fast-moving environment. This forward-deployed role offers high ownership and direct impact from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn ambiguous inputs into working software solutions.
• Experience with full-stack development and delivering user-focused products.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, FastAPI, TS/React, and Postgres.

Responsibilities

• Translate non-technical requirements from healthcare admins into deployable AI solutions.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI workflows across the full stack.
• Work directly with customers onsite to understand pain points and integrate solutions.
• Identify and proactively fix issues, driving improvements back into the core product.
• Contribute to a system deployed across hospitals to address workforce shortages.
