Albert Bow is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in London to work directly with customers and shape next-gen AI-driven platforms.

You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, translate complex workflows into intuitive software, and ship AI-powered capabilities that deliver real customer value. The role combines frontend, backend, and data responsibilities in a fast-growing startup environment.

Forward Deployed Engineer | London (On-site) | £130-150k + Bonus + Equity

Requirements

• Strong experience building modern web applications with TypeScript and React (or similar frameworks)
• Experience developing backend services with Python
• Experience integrating AI technologies such as LLMs, agents or model-powered APIs into production products
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Comfortable working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders
• Enjoy working in environments with ambiguity, ownership and rapid iteration
• Founder or early-stage startup experience
• Experience building products from zero to oneBackground as a Forward Deployed, Solutions or Product Engineer
• Experience shipping AI-native products into production
• Thriving in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly
