Qualifications

• Experience delivering real-world technical solutions in highly ambiguous environments.
• Direct experience working with customers, including on-site deployments, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills, comfortable across Python backends, TypeScript frontends, and Linux hardware configuration.
• Resourceful, pragmatic approach to problem-solving, making deliberate trade-offs and prioritizing ruthlessly to ship value.

Responsibilities

• Define and scope complex, ambiguous customer problems, translating vague needs into concrete technical solutions.
• Architect and build full-stack features: Python backend services, data pipelines, and TypeScript UI components.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware on-site, integrating new capabilities into existing sensor networks.
• Act as a critical feedback loop, surfacing direct customer insights to product and engineering teams.
• Spend up to half of your time directly with customers, ensuring successful deployments and building lasting relationships.
