Job summary

fonio.ai is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead deployments for the Spanish market. You will capture requirements, translate them into robust implementations, and take fonio live at customer sites with integrations, automations, and ongoing optimization.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product/Engineering and Go-to-Market to ensure fast, stable, and repeatable deployments across the Spanish market.

Qualifications

• Experience translating customer requirements into robust implementations.
• Experience with production deployments and live environments.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Capture customer requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
• Build and roll out fonio setups in production: workflows, prompts, guardrails.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems (APIs, webhooks, CRM, calendar, ticketing).
• Develop smaller features and glue code to map customer cases.
• Debug production issues: calls, flows, edge cases, fast fixes.

Your Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer for our for our Spanish market, you work directly at the intersection of product and customer setups. You capture requirements, translate them into robust implementations, and take fonio live at customers – including integrations, automations, and ongoing optimization.

You work closely with Product/Engineering and Go-to-Market, making sure deployments are fast, stable, and repeatable across the Spanish market.

• Build and roll out fonio setups in production: workflows, logic, prompts, guardrails
• Implement integrations with third-party systems (APIs, webhooks, CRM, calendar, ticketing, etc.)
