Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in London to lead end-to-end deployments of frontier models for Spanish-speaking customers. You will own discovery, scoping, design, build, and production rollout in collaboration with customer engineering teams.

You will work across product, research, and security to measure success by adoption and impact, while maintaining clarity and balance between scope, speed, and quality. Hybrid work with relocation support and travel up to 50% are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering or deployment experience, preferably in customer-facing settings.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience delivering complex systems with fast-moving or ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployments from prototype to production across multiple customer deployments.
• Build full-stack systems delivering customer value and enabling learnings.
• Collaborate with customer teams, product, and research to drive adoption and improve models.
