Antler is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to ensure seamless data migration for new customers. You will be responsible for automating processes and improving the product while working directly with clients.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in TypeScript and SQL, and has a strong problem-solving attitude. You'll receive competitive compensation and the chance to shape customer onboarding from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience in data migration with zero margin for error.
• Familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data pipelines, or ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data migration process for new customers.
• Build and improve migration scripts and tools.
• Work with search firms to tailor Stardex via API.
• Ship features and fix bugs in the core product.
• Ensure accurate and complete migrations.
• Document processes for faster future migrations.
