Job summary

Societies is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to work directly with clients and strategists to build simulated populations powering engagements. You will construct personas, wire them into networks, and assemble an artificial society using our architecture.

You’ll integrate non-standard data sources, run complex simulations with client strategists, and apply social data science to interpret results. You’ll also help turn workflows into scalable capabilities and refine the AI agent system for

Qualifications

• Background in computational social science or related quantitative social science.
• Experience with agentic AI systems or orchestrating LLMs.
• Strong Python production coding experience and data pipelines.
• Experience with integrating diverse data sources and APIs.
• Proven ability to work with external clients and translate needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build artificial societies from client briefs, constructing personas and networks.
• Ingest non-standard data sources to enrich simulations.
• Implement complex simulations beyond standard workflows.
• Analyze results with social data science and communicate insights.
• Productise recurring forward-deployed workflows into core capabilities.
• Develop and refine the agentic layer connecting simulation to client workflows.
