Scale is actively hiring for a Full Stack Software Engineer (Forward Deployed) to work directly with public sector partners. You will craft end-to-end AI applications, design scalable architectures and guide secure cloud deployments across multiple regions.

Formación

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of full-stack experience (Python/Node.js/React).
• Experience with Kubernetes and global cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Production-grade ecosystems with security and scalability focus.
• Experience in high-security client environments.
• Leadership, mentoring and technical vision abilities.
• Documentation-first culture and async workflow emphasis.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as lead technical strategist for public sector engagements and transform requirements into architectural roadmaps.
• Architect production-grade AI apps, integrating UIs, backends and models at scale.
• Guide cloud infrastructure evolution for security, global scalability and integrity.
• Develop core platforms and shared services addressing cross-cutting client needs.
• Partner with leadership to steer the technical roadmap and mentor staff.
• Translate client lessons into reusable patterns for the engineering team.
