Job summary

Meticulous is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our London team. You will work closely with our core engineering group to define how this function operates from the ground up, combining deep technical work with strategic customer engagements.

You’ll collaborate with engineering leaders across the world, writing high-performance code one day and presenting architectural decisions to VPs of Eng the next, while helping establish processes, tooling, and best practices to scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a demanding technical role (exceptional candidates considered with 1+ year).
• Ability to move fast, take ownership and work across time zones.
• Strong communication skills to explain concepts to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy at scale with the customer in mind.
• Evolve the core product to enable customer success and scale.
• Own the technical relationship and pilot with customers.
• Shape product direction based on field learnings.
• Build the playbook for deployment processes and tooling.
